This rural school 1A district has approximately 450 students from kindergarten to 12^th grade on one campus. The school board consists of seven elected members who meet the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Tommy Long is the superintendent. Kevin Wilson, secondary principal and Jim Westbrook, the elementary principal.

The school offers UIL activities, vocational and technology courses and various student organizations such as student council, Beta and FFA clubs. The school also offers golf, basketball, baseball, softball, cross country, volleyball, and track.
